FAQ regarding the Ultimate system: "The Tactical Marking Strategy"
Tactical Marking Strategy focuses on entries based in "True Price Action Zones".
Tactical Marking Strategy focuses on entries based in "True Price Action Zones".
- Question: Why use PPO?
- Answer: We use PPO as modified versions of EMA. EMA are already plotted on charts then why use PPO? The purpose of PPO is to decide True Price Action Zones. Partially this can be achieved with the help of EMA alone, then why use PPO? Apart from the "0" crossovers and cross downs which can be known based on EMA, the significance of signal line crossovers in 1 Hour system and the effects on chart when particular PPO remains below its signal are not know otherwise by EMA alone. You are able to know when the consolidation gets over with the help of PPO. You can know consolidation is going on, but it is difficult to know when the consolidation actually gets over alone based on price action as there are many false price actions before the real breakout is received. PPO lets us know these real breakouts.
- Why use two PPO and MACD which again is similar to PPO?
- Answer: Role of both PPO is distinct in my system and MACD has also got a distinct role in my system. They must be used accordingly and only the way they are intended to be used and in no other way. Many other signals can occur on PPO and MACD, but you must ignore all other signals and only focus on the signals received which are allowed as per the criteria set in the system. Doing so you will be able to trade with clarity. If you will try to focus other signals and try to interpret them and act on them, it will create confusion and make you do wrong trades. So focus on the criteria set in the system and use the indicators in intended way only.
- Question: What decides the "True Price Action Zones"?
- Answer: PPO's Decides that price is now in TRUE PRICE ACTION Zone. Usually those who follow only price action systems get trapped many times due to false price actions that occurs frequently before the final price action occurs that sees a follow through in price. To avoid getting trapped like this it is very critical to know when the "True Price Action Zone" establishes as this is the zone in which in after price enters in this zone, it sees a follow through in most cases.
- Question: What are the scenario's possible when True price action entry is received?
- Answer: Two scenarios are possible.
- 1. When True Price Action trigger is received, If price is below the previous peak with range between the trigger price and the peak level price being sufficient to trade.
- 2. When True Price Action trigger is received, If price is near the previous peak with no range to trade. In this case we have to wait even after the True Price Action is received.
- Question: What is the purpose of the word "Marking" in your strategy?
- Answer: In my strategy you enter a trade only in decided phases and criteria. Such signals are not received all together. So as successive signals are received, we mark them on charts with vertical lines & horizontal lines and keep it marked on the chart till final trigger is received. This is very crucial because in most cases people forget what they observe, and when it is time to trade, they can make a mistake due to that. To ensure that such mistakes are not made, vital markings on the charts are necessary so when you actually trade your observations are clearly in front of your eyes and no vital information is missed. As signals do not occur on same time frame, such type of markings become even more important to simplify your trading experience. When proper markings are in place on chart, every decision taken is prudent and you are clear about it so there is not place for stress. These markings are done based on the tactical criteria defined in system.
